ABOUT ÉLISABETH BORNE

French Prime Minister that was first elected in May of 2022. She is the former Minister of Labour, Employment, Integration, Transport, Ecological and Inclusive Transition. She is a member of the French Renaissance political party.

She is a graduate of Lycée Janson-de-Sailly. She later received her MBA from the Collège des Ingénieurs.

Prior to being a member of the French Renaissance party, she was associated largely with the French Socialist party.

She grew up living with her parents and siblings. She was born in Paris, and her mother was a pharmacist. Her father fled from Belgium to France during WWII. She is of French and Belgian descent.

She is a member of Emmanuel Macron 's political cabinet.
