Aaron Nesmith

ABOUT AARON NESMITH

Professional shooting guard and small forward that was drafted by the Boston Celtics during the first round of the 2020 NBA Draft. During his junior season at Vanderbilt University , he finished as a top five scorer in the nation. He recorded the highest average in Vanderbilt program history since the 1960's.

He won three South Carolina state championships while at the Porter-Gaud Prep School in Charleston, South Carolina. His senior year he was named the South Carolina Gatorade Player of the Year.

He made a career high 3-threes playing against the Brooklyn Nets on May 30 2021. He also recorded a career high three blocks playing against the Miami Heat on May 17, 2022.

He grew up living with his parents and his brother, Eddie. He is a native of Charleston, South Carolina.

He was coached by Jerry Stackhouse while at Vanderbilt University.
