Film director, writer, and producer whose work included the films Lahza Ha, De Konday Zoy, and Hijrat.
He earned a scholarship to study film and television in Bulgaria.
He was made the head of Ariana Television in 2005 and later the head of Shamshad Television.
His father was Mohammad Amin Nazari.
He and astronaut Abdul Ahad Mohmand both attended universities in Kabul.
