ABOUT ADAMA SANOGO

Malian basketball player for the UConn Huskies of the Big East Conference. In 2023, he won the national championship with the University of Connecticut and was named the Final Four's Most Outstanding Player. His therealadama21 Instagram account has gained over 10,000 followers.

When he was 14, he wanted to play soccer but was told he was too tall. He then decided to start basketball.

He moved to the United States to play for Our Savior New American School. He later transferred to St. Patrick's School. After three years of high school, he had offers from Nebraska, Seton Hall, UConn and more.

He has an older sister.

He has played alongside Jordan Hawkins and Andre Jackson for the UConn Huskies.
