ABOUT ALAINA SAULSBERRY

Celebrity makeup artist, beauty entrepreneur, and reality star who goes by the nickname "H-Town's Glam Girl." She has earned recognition for starring on OWN's reality television show Heart & Hustle: Houston. She is also widely known as the founder of the beauty business Color du Jour.

She developed a passion for beauty at a young age. After graduating from school, she began providing makeup services under the name "Unique Touch" before eventually rebranding to Color du Jour. Prior to becoming a reality star, she worked as a 7th grade science teacher and volleyball coach.

She shares personal photos, career updates, and photos of her work as a makeup artist on her colordujour Instagram account, where she boasts more than 290,000 followers.

Her passion for beauty was first ignited when she watched her aunt teaching her older sister how to apply makeup as a child. She married her high school sweetheart, Josh Saulsberry. Together, they share two children.

She has starred alongside Muneera Page on the OWN reality show Heart & Hustle: Houston.
