ABOUT ALAN SCOBIE

Keyboardist with the Scottish celtic rock group Skerryvore whose third album earned them the Scottish New Music Awards Album of the Year.

The band formed in 2004, but he joined later on.

He and Skerryvore earned the award for Best Live Act at the 2011 MG ALBA Scots Trad Music Awards.

He was born in Irvine, Scotland and is from Stewarton.
