ABOUT ALEJANDRO ROCA REY
Film director who is known for his work with the production company Cine 70 Films and Turbo Media where he produces and makes a range of short films. He shares short clips from his films and a range of other behind the scene content of him directing through Instagram for his over 60,000 followers.
He directed his first short film Wanuy at the age of 20 which was honored at several film festivals. He then began sharing photos and clips of his directing work through Instagram in May of 2013.
He has won several awards at different film festivals for his short films including at Palm Springs Festival, Aspen Film Festival, and Berlin Interfilm Festival.
He was born and raised in Lima, Peru.
