20th century Slovak composer who created more than fifteen orchestral arrangements over the course of his life.
He studied organ and conducting at the Prague Conservatory.
He was the principal music advisor to Radio Bratislava for many years.
His musical family was residing in Kláštor pod Znievom when he was born.
He and Eugen Suchon were both leading 20th century Slovak composers.
