Pianist, recording artist, and music educator who did a film recording of Stravinsky's Three Movements from Petrushka.
He and his mother fled Bulgaria when it was occupied by Germany, and he worked on his musicianship in Palestine as well as at the Julliard School.
He was a popular teacher for master classes internationally.
He was born in Sofia and was raised by his mother.
His first teacher was Pancho Vladigerov .
