Former host of VH1's Top 20 Video Countdown who was also on FuelTV The Daily Habit. She acts in addition to hosting television. She played Shauna Malwae-Tweep in Parks and Recreation .

After graduating cum laude from Georgetown University she focused on sketch comedy.

In addition to show hosting, she became a professional comedian and appeared at Caroline's on Broadway and other major venues. She had a small role in the 2010 comedy movie The Other Guys .

She grew up in Allamuchy, New Jersey.

In 2011, she appeared in an episode of Californication, starring David Duchnovny .
