Blogger, writer, online content creator, YouTube personality, Instagram personality, and social media star who ultimately rose to fame with both her recipes and food content. As a cook and food stylist, she grew her online following and eventually opened restaurants called Radish Eats and Little Rad Market.

She grew up in southern Florida. After quitting her corporate job, she studied at San Francisco Cooking School and began her blog in the year 2013.

One of her all-time favorite recipes is for Key Lime Pie. In the year 2020, she published a cookbook titled Simple, Beautiful Food. Her YouTube video "Amanda Frederickson's Ramen Noodle Soup in the Instant Pot Pressure Cooker" got close to 40K views.

Her husband's name is Luke. Her two daughters appear frequently on her social media page.

Her work has been featured in Gwyneth Paltrow 's brand Goop, in addition to publications like Better Homes and Gardens and Food & Wine.
