She attended the University of Exeter , where she graduated with a degree in sociology.

She and her husband appeared in the British reality series I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here in 2013. Her husband was married once before.

She was born and raised in Richmond, England. She and Matthew Wright were married in 2010 and their daughter Cassady was born in January 2019.
