Award-winning professional bodybuilder who has represented Team Stones in the IFBB Professional League, including at its renowned Mr. Olympia contest. He is the founder of nutrition, training, and supplementation enterprise Team Presti Coaching, and has earned sponsorship from Tsunami Nutrition. Boasting over 550,000 followers, he has used his andrea.presti_ifbbpro Instagram account to share his fitness journey with fans worldwide.

He was initially involved in martial arts, beginning at the age of 10 in Judo. He decided to shift his sights to bodybuilding, however, at the age of 25. He competed in contests like the WABBA Italy and the European Men's Championship, before making his pro bodybuilding debut at the George Farah Classic in the year 2018.

Between 2021 and 2023, he was declared the champion of the Mr. Big Evolution Pro Men's Open bodybuilding show for 3 years in a row. He earned his 2023 win against opponents including Roman Fritz from Germany and France's Lionel Beyeke .

His parents initially inspired him to become active in martial arts when they opened the first gym in his hometown in 1985. He began dating tattoo artist and bodybuilder Linda Iacono, known professionally as Linda Hurricane, in 2023.

Over the course of his participation in IFBB Pro competitions, he has faced opponents including Brandon Curry , Hadi Choopan , Hunter Labrada , and Roelly Winklaar .
