Jazz artist whose collaborations included some of the biggest names in music history like Frank Sinatra and Neil Sedaka .
He was a student at The Juilliard School of Music, Berklee College, and the New England Conservatory.
He wrote and participated in Guide to Modern Jazz Piano, Volumes 1 & 2 and numerous other educational ventures.
His family was residing in New York City when he was born.
He was one of Bill Evans ' private students.
