Kiwi fashion stylist, reality star, and mental health and fitness advocate best known for her appearance on the reality TV series The Real Housewives of Auckland . Due to her popularity on the show, she gained over 20,000 followers on her angelastonenz Instagram account, where she promotes her current projects and shares photos with family. She also created her own workout and nutrition program called The Results Plan.

She got her start modeling in the fashion industry at the age of 14.

She is an author, having published a style guide ebook as well as Being Real, a motivational self-help book. As a fashion consultant, she also offers styling courses.

She and her twin brother Carl were born and raised by their grandmother in Christchurch, New Zealand. She is a mother of three.

She and Gilda Kirkpatrick both starred in The Real Housewives of Auckland.
