British-born author, life coach, and former international model best known as the author of her 2009 book, The Beauty of Aging: A Woman's Guide to Joyful Living. She also authored RIPE - Embracing Aging Living & Dying. She is a prominent figure on social media, boasting over 160,000 followers on her angelapaul Instagram account alone.

After being crowned Miss Teen Great Britain when she was 16 years old, she relocated to Tokyo when she was only 17 to pursue an international modeling career. She remained in Japan for 8-9 years before she relocated once again to Los Angeles, CA.

After winning More Magazine's Over 40 Model Search, she returned to modeling at the age of 50 and signed with Wilhelmina Models in New York and LA.

She and her husband Alan Paul, who is a founding member of the Grammy-winning group The Manhattan Transfer, share one daughter together named Arielle.

In July 2025, she shared an Instagram video that featured the song "Kiss of Life" by Sade .
