Anthony Black

ABOUT ANTHONY BLACK

American NCAA basketball player for the University of Arkansas Razorbacks in the SEC. He was rated a five-star recruit out of high school, received offers from Oklahoma State University and Gonzaga University , and considered playing professionally in the NBA G League. He also played for the US team at the 2022 FIBA Under-18 Americas Championship, helping lead the team to a gold medal.

He attended Coppell High School and Duncanville High School, where he played varsity basketball.

He was a starter point guard during his freshman season with the Razorbacks. He was also a potential first-round selection in the 2023 NBA draft. He was named the SEC Freshman of the Week during the 2022 Maui Invitational Tournament.

His father Terry Black, was also a basketball player.

He played alongside Jared McCain for the 2022 FIBA under-18 U.S. National team.
