ABOUT ARASH BORHANI

Iranian former professional soccer player and current assistant coach for the Iranian club Esteghlal F.C. During his playing career, he was on teams including PAS Tehran F.C., Dubai based Al-Nasr SC, and the Iranian club Paykan F.C. He represented Iran on their national team from 2003 to 2010.

He began his professional playing career in 2002 when he signed with PAS Tehran F.C.

As of September 2022, he was still the all-time top scorer for Esteghlal F.C.

He has one son.

Reza Ghoochannejhad began playing for the Iranian national team in 2012.
