ABOUT ARNAUD MONTEBOURG

Former French Minister of the Economy, Industrial
Renewal and Digital Affairs that served from 2012 up until 2014. Prior to his job as the French Minister of Economy, he was elected as the President of the General Council for Saône-et-Loire, France.

Before going into politics, he went to college with hopes of becoming an attorney.

He received his first career job in politics back in 1997 after being elected into the National Assembly.

After divorcing his first wife, Hortense de Labriffe, in 2010 he and his new wife, Amina Walter, were eventually married in 2021.

He served as the French Minister of the Economy, Industrial
Renewal and Digital Affairs while Manuel Valls was serving as the Prime Minister of France.
