ABOUT ARTHUR AUGUSTO

Teenage soccer phenom that originally signed his first club contract with América Mineiro in 2022. He was later signed by German Bundesliga squad Bayer Leverkusen on a multi-year deal in April 2023. He has also played for the Brazilian men's national team during his professional career.

He began his youth soccer career with Dínamo de Araxá. He also played for the América Mineiro youth squad.

He made his official international team debut with Team Brazil while playing against Morocco. Unfortunately, he and his team lost the match 2-1.

Growing up, he lived with his family in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. He has shared photos with his family on Instagram.

He was coached by Xabi Alonso while playing for Bayer Leverkusen during the 2023 Bundesliga season.
