She met Peyton during his first year at the University of Tennessee . She studied marketing and finance at the University of Virginia .

Her maiden name was Thompson. The story of her relationship with her husband was recounted in his book, "Manning, A Father His Sons, And A Football Legacy".

She married Peyton on St. Patrick's Day in 2021. The couple has fraternal twins named Marshall and Mosley.

She and Justin Timberlake each became minority owners of the Memphis Grizzlies in 2012.
