ABOUT AYODELE AWOJOBI
A Nigerian academic, author, social activist, and pioneering educator of the Twentieth Century, he carried out important research in the mechanical engineering sub-field of vibration. He also created a hybrid vehicle known as the Autonov 1.
He attended a variety of educational institutions in Nigeria and abroad and collected many degrees, including a doctorate from the Imperial College of London.
He taught Mechanical Engineering at the University of Lagos, Nigeria.
He was born in Oshodi, Lagos State, Nigeria. He later married Iyabode Mabel Awojobi.
He and Jeff Unaegbu were fellow Nigerian writers.
