Baylor Scheierman

ABOUT BAYLOR SCHEIERMAN

Professional shooting guard, athlete, and small forward that was drafted by the Boston Celtics as a first round pick in 2024. Prior to being drafted, he played college basketball at Creighton University and South Dakota State University.

He was a four-sport athlete while at Aurora High School in Aurora, Nebraska. Shortly after graduating, he then enrolled into South Dakota State University as a freshman in 2019.

He threw 59 touchdowns during his senior season as Aurora High, which is a Nebraska state record. He also led his team to a state championship that season. While at South Dakota State University, he was once named the Summit League Player of the Year and he was also a two-time member of the first team All-Summit League.

Growing up, he lived with his parents and his four siblings. He has three sisters and one brother.

He played alongside Jayson Tatum as a member of the Boston Celtics during the 2024 NBA regular season.
