Fitness instructor who is known for specializing in holistic health. She runs her own nutritional and fitness company entitled Sweat With Bec where she offers a range of products, edibles, and fitness equipment. Share shares workout clips and exercise tips through Instagram as well for her over 60,000 followers.

She earned her certification at the Australian Institute of Fitness and then began her holistic health business Sweat With Bec. She then moved to New York where she earned her certifications in Kettlebell, ViPR, and strength and conditioning.

She is known for having been a Level 1 Metabolic Precision Nutrition Coach, a Level 1 FMA Strength Coach, as well as a Power Plate Level 1 coach.

She was born and raised in Melbourne, Australia but later moved to New York to continue her pursuit in a fitness driven career.
