ABOUT BEN COOPER (MUSICIAN)
Musical artist best recognized by his stage name Radical Face. He adopted the stage name in 2000 and released his first unofficial album, The Junkyard Chandelier, in 2003; followed by albums such as Ghost and The Family Tree.
He was always interested in art forms. He began drawing when he was eight and played the guitar at age ten.
In addition to writing music, he enjoys writing and authoring books. His song, "We're On Our Way", was featured in the film The Perks of Being a Wallflower . He has continued to release various music, videos and visual arts projects.
He is one of ten children. He grew up in an impoverished and mixed-race family.
In an interview, he shared that Tom Waits has served as an inspiration for his songwriting.
