Star of the ABC Family reality program Becoming Us which chronicles his father's transition to female.

He grew up in Evanston, Illinois. It was after learning of his parents divorce that he also learned of his father's desire to switch genders.

His former girlfriend, Danielle's, father coincidentally started transitioning into becoming a woman as well.

He is the son of Carly Lehwald (formerly Charlie before gender reassignment surgery) and Suzy Crawford.

The show he began starring in was produced by Ryan Seacrest Productions.
