ABOUT BOB DAISLEY

Australian bassist who performed with and wrote songs for Ozzy Osbourne , Uriah Heep, Gary Moore , and other musicians. He rose to fame as a member of a British blues band called Chicken Shack.

Early in his career, he co-founded a band called Kahvas Jute that released its first and only album, Wide Open, in 1971.

He performed with Uriah Heep on two albums: Head First and Abominog.

He was born in Sydney, Australia. In 2013, he published a memoir entitled For Facts Sake.

In the late 1970s, Daisley, Ozzy Osbourne , and Randy Rhoads formed a band called The Blizzard of Ozz. Daisley later sued Osbourne for not paying him royalties from their joint performances.
