He played football at Seneca High School.

During the 2018 season he caught a touchdown pass in a game against Furman University.

He was born in South Carolina. He married Mackenzie Grimsley in 2023. His brother Brevin Galloway is a basketball player.

He was coached by Dabo Swinney at Clemson.
