Keyboardist, pianist, musician, entertainer, and composer who is known for tracks like "Blast Off," "Resistance," and "Lucid Dreaming - Opening." He has released albums including 2015's Self Taught, 2018's Resistance, and 2022's Interstellar Black Space.

He started playing the piano while he was in his teens. He attended the Colburn School in Massachusetts prior to starting his professional music career.

In the 2000s, he was a touring and session player. He was inspired by late-'70s and early-'80s artists like Prince , Herbie Hancock , and George Duke . He has earned more than 120,000 followers on his brandoncoleman Instagram account.

His brother is musician Marcus Coleman.

He has collaborated with Al Jarreau , Babyface and Flying Lotus .
