Relationship expert, Instagram star, online content creator, and social media personality who is best known for being the resident intimacy coach on the Netflix series Too Hot to Handle . He first appeared on the series in season two.
In the year 2011, he graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University with a bachelor of arts degree in leisure services management. He later taught physical education in East Africa prior to earning his fame on social media and on reality television.
He has provided workshops and trainings to the Too Hot to Handle contestants. He has specialized in work with emotional health, tantra, and breath work. He hosted his own retreat called Rewilding the Man. He has amassed more than 110,000 followers on his brendendurell Instagram account.
He was raised by his father and Puerto Rican mother.
He was on Too Hot to Handle, which featured contestants like Harry Jowsey and Francesca Farago .
