ABOUT BRETT MAHER

Veteran NFL kicker that was first signed by the New York Jets as an undrafted free agent in 2013. He has also played for teams like the Dallas Cowboys , Winnipeg Blue Bombers, Ottawa Redblacks and Houston Texans .

He initially began his collegiate career as a walk-on at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln . He would eventually become a two-time member of the first team All-Big Ten.

He completed a career-high 90.6 percent of his field goal attempts while playing with the Cowboys in 2022. He also converted a career-high 50 extra points.

He was born in Fremont, Nebraska and grew up living with his family in the Kearney area. He now lives with his wife, Jenna, and their family.

He was coached by Mike McCarthy while playing for the Dallas Cowboys during the 2022 NFL season.
