Younger sister of professional dancer and Dancing with the Stars competitor Lindsay Arnold . She also curates her self titled Instagram account where she posts snapshots of her daily life, family, and fashion. She boasts more than 240,000 followers.

In April 2012, she posted her first photo to Instagram with the captioned reading "Easter breakfast with the crazies!"

Brynley's sisters Rylee and Jensen also dance. All four sisters run the collaborative YouTube channel The Arnold Sisters . On October 9, 2020, she got married to Donny McGinnis. In January 2022, the couple announced that they were expecting their first child together. They welcomed a daughter named Quincy on August 4th 2022. They announced they were expecting their second child in October 2023. They welcomed their son Rez in May 2024.
