ABOUT BUCKY IRVING

NFL running back and return specialist who was originally taken by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as a fourth-round pick in the 2024 Draft. Following that season, he was named to the PFWA All-Rookie Team. Prior to his NFL career, he attended the University of Oregon , where he was named a member of the second team All-PAC 12.

He initially began his collegiate football career at the University of Minnesota . After one season, he transferred to Oregon in 2022.

As a rookie in the NFL, he rushed for over 1,000 yards, becoming the first Buccaneers running back to achieve this feat since 2012. During his playoff debut, he recorded 77 rushing yards, which is a Tampa Bay franchise record for most rushing yards in a single playoff game by a rookie.

He is a native of Chicago, Illinois.

He played alongside Baker Mayfield and Mike Evans during the 2024 NFL regular season.
