ABOUT CADE GIBSON

Southpaw relief pitcher that was originally drafted by the Miami Marlins as a tenth rounder in the 2022 MLB Draft. Prior to being drafted, he played college baseball at Louisiana Tech University . During his final season of college, he earned second team All-Conference USA honors.

He first began his professional baseball career with the Jupiter Hammerheads. He was later promoted to the Florida Complex League Marlins.

He made his official major league debut while playing against the Philadelphia Phillies on April 20, 2025. He pitched two innings and recorded two strikeout.

He grew up living with his family in Ruston, Louisiana. He is one of four siblings.

He was selected during the 2022 MLB Draft just like Jackson Holliday .
