Yogi and meditation expert who is widely known for her playful vinyasa based flow in the art of yoga. In 2014, she was featured in SELF Magazine as having one of the top 4 best bodies in the world.

She graduated from the University of Oregon where she earned her degree in general science. She subsequently moved to San Francisco and worked in finance before leaving to pursue yoga full-time.

She has cultivated a sizable social media presence with more than 90,000 followers to her eponymous Instagram account.

She has cited her grandfather Bob as one of her chief influences in life.

She sat alongside Jessica Alba on a SELF Magazine panel discussing their personal success.
