Callum McGregor

ABOUT CALLUM MCGREGOR

Central midfielder who won the Scottish Youth Cup in 2012 with Celtic and joined the team's senior ranks in 2013. In July of 2021, he became the 22nd captain of the club.

He played youth soccer for Celtic.

In 2008, he played for Scotland's under-15 national team. He has gained a strong following on his callummcgregor8 Twitter account as a result of his soccer fame.

He was born in Glasgow, Scotland. He is married and in late 2024, his wife gave birth to twins.

He and center back Virgil van Dijk both joined Celtic in 2013.
