ABOUT CAM AVERY
Bassist known for being a member of the band Tame Impala as well as the founder of the band The Growl. He also played with Pond, serving as their drummer.
He grew up listening to gospel music and singing in choir. He started playing guitar when he was sixteen.
Prior to founding Pond, he played in a band called Red Shoes Boy.
He grew up in Perth with his brother Eliott and is a fan of the AFL's Fremantle Dockers.
He played with Kevin Parker as part of Tame Impala.
