Reality television personality and entrepreneur who rose to fame after competing on the 15th season of The Apprentice (UK) . She ended up winning the season and secured a 50:50 partnership with the host to launch her company Dough Artisan Bakehouse.

She studied at the Harris City Academy Crystal Palace.

The opening of her business coincided with the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. She has been interviewed by a number of publications including the Press Association.
