ABOUT CAROLE FEUERMAN

Sculptor and hyperrealism artist recognized for working with mediums like resin, marble, and bronze. Her work has been displayed in the National Portrait Gallery at the Smithsonian Institution.

She was a student at the New York-based School of Visual Arts. Early in her career, she illustrated for The New York Times.

She worked on album art for the Rolling Stones . Her The Golden Mean work stood a whopping 16ft tall. Her sculptures DurgaMa and Leda and the Swan were displayed in the Palazzo Mora in the year 2015. In 1981, she was chosen by a jury at the Heckscher Museum on Long Island. She exhibited her works at Fordham University and was chosen to participate in the Learning through Arts Program conducted by the Guggenheim Museum.

She was born in the city of Hartford.

She worked on album art for Alice Cooper early in her career.
