ABOUT CAROLINE JONES

The presenter of the Australian Story, a TV show profiling Australians from all walks of life. The show has run since 1996 and has won numerous awards.

She joined the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) in 1983, working first as a reporter.

Before coming to present Australian Story she received a Logie Award for presenting Four Corners, in her very first year on the show.

She was born in Australia.

She and Gabi Hollows , who worked to improve the lives of aboriginal Australians, were both named the country's Living Treasures.
