ABOUT CESAR ROCHA

Director who gained fame after becoming a member of the casting department for Netflix in 2021. He worked as a casting assistant for Into the Woods and Hairspray Live! . He first appeared on screen in an episode of Dance Moms in August of 2011.

He earned a degree in theatre design & production and stage management from the University of Cincinnati .

Before becoming a full-time casting director for Netflix, he worked for them as an outside casting director for non-English series and films. Before starting his career with Netflix, he worked as a casting director for CBS beginning in 2018. He has worked as a casting director for stage productions such as Cirque Du Soleil's Paramour, The Bridges Of Madison County The Musical National Tour, Pump Boys and Dinettes, and West Side Story at Paper Mill Playhouse.

He was born in the United States and grew up in Miami, Florida.

He and Anna Kendrick worked on Into the Woods.
