ABOUT CHAD ROBERTSON

Pastry chef who is best known for being the co- founder of the Tartine Bakery. He is the author of "Tartine Bread," "Tartine Book No. 3," and "Tartine Revisited."

In the year 2002, he opened his renowned bakery Tartine.

In the year 2008, he and his wife won the James Beard Award for outstanding pastry chefs. He has garnered praise from the likes of celebrities such as Martha Stewart and Alice Waters . He has made the cake for a "bohemian bourgeois"-themed birthday party that was attended by Nancy Pelosi and Hillary Clinton .

He is married to Elisabeth Prueitt , with whom he co-founded Tartine.
