ABOUT CHARLIE SHAW

Goalkeeper for Celtic F.C. in the 1910s and 1920s.

He began his professional career with the Queen's Park Rangers.

He was only 5'6", shorter than most goalkeepers of his era.

After retirement, he moved to the United States to become a coach and eventually died of pneumonia in New York City.

Fraser Forster also played goalkeeper for Celtic F.C.
