Survivor contestant who came to fame during her time on the show's 36th season, Survivor: Ghost Island. She has worked as an EMT and been a cheerleader for the Los Angeles Rams and Utah Jazz .

She grew up in Salt Lake City and attended the University of Utah .

She has competed in several dancing competitions and was named the Solo/Duo/Trio Grand Champion in 2004.

Her dog Rhona has an Instagram account.

She was castmates with Michael Yerger on Survivor: Ghost Island.
