As the wife of mega-pastor Jentezen Franklin, she is a writer, author, Instagram star, online content creator, and social media personality with over 40,000 followers on her Instagram account, which operates under the handle cherisefranklin.

Her and her husband Jentezen were married in September 1987.

She is the host of the Divine Conference for women and girls, and is speaking at the 2025 conference. She primarily posts photos of her family and grandchild, as well as various calls to prayer. She co-wrote the book "Love Like You've Never Been Hurt: Hope, Healing and the Power of an Open Heart" with her husband.

Her and her husband have five children together: Drake, Connar Franklin , Caroline, Caressa, and Courteney.
