He began his musical journey in Chicago's vibrant club culture during the early 1980s, immersing himself in the burgeoning house music movement. Later, he moved to Detroit for college, where he became involved with the techno scene

While in college, he co-founded the influential nightclub The Music Institute alongside Derrick May and Alton Miller.

He was born Anthony Pearson in 1968 in Chicago, Illinois.

The star has worked alongside artists Kenny Dope , Derrick May , and Laurent Garnier .
