ABOUT CHRIS CARMICHAEL

Cycling coach and former cyclist most famous for being the coach of controversial cyclist Lance Armstrong . As a cyclist, he competed at the 1984 Summer Olympic Games and was a member of the U.S. cycling team at the 1986 Tour de France.

He was born in Miami and joined the U.S. cycling team in 1978.

He has published books like Chris Carmichael's Food For Fitness and The Time Crunched Cyclist.

He has been married and has children.

He coached Lance Armstrong , who faced numerous doping allegations following his illustrious cycling career.
