ABOUT CHRISTIAN IVALDI
Excelled at chamber music, counterpoint, and accompaniment while studying at the Paris Conservatory under Jacques Fevrier .
His first appearance was on Radio France in 1961 as a soloist.
He became known for premiering the new works of such composers as Gilbert Amy, Georges Aperghis, André Boucourechliev, Maurice Ohana, and Luis de Pablo .
His family was residing in Paris when he was born.
He was able to master the chamber music of such composers as Johannes Brahms thanks to Fevrier.
