Convicted murderer who killed his pregnant wife and two young daughters in 2018. He pleaded guilty to multiple counts of first-degree murder. He was sentenced to five life sentences without the possibility of parole.

He was was employed by Anadarko Petroleum. His wife, Shanann Watts , worked from home as a salesperson.

His story is the subject of a 2020 Netflix documentary titled American Murder: The Family Next Door .

He admitted to smothering his two daughters, four-year-old Bella Watts and three-year-old Cece Watts .
