New Zealand television show host, online content creator, and social media personality who has been the presenter of the fishing documentary show Fish of the Day. In October of 2019, he made an appearance on the television show Wellington Paranormal.

He attended Palmerston North Boys' High School. He would go on to graduate from New Zealand Broadcasting School.

One of his hobbies is motorcycling. He is a cat person. He also enjoys windsurfing and various other water sports according to his many water-related Instagram posts. He also wrote, directed, and edited multiple episodes of the TV series Pulp Sport.

In January 2024, he tied the knot with his wife and former Prime Minister of New Zealand Jacinda Ardern . Together, they have a daughter.

In November 2019, he posted a picture on his clarkegayford Instagram account, and the picture featured him alongside fellow TV show host Stephen Colbert .
